Chase Tactical’s QRC is very functional and robust because it was developed as a lightweight, minimalistic, “no thrills, no-frills” plate carrier. When worn with ballistic inserts, the Quick Response Carrier (QRC) can be quickly donned for rapid action response to high threat scenarios such as Active Shooter, Entries, Home Defense, or other critical incidents.
